relief. All certificates renewed June/July -99.
General arrangement: In the deckhouse the cargo holds are partly converted
to passenger cabins. There is one 3-person cabin, two 4-person cabins, one 9-person
cabin and one 12-person cabin. All cabins have private facilities. Also two
3-person cabins, two 4-person cabins, three 9-person cabins, two 10-person cabins,
fourteen 12-person cabins and two 15-persons cabin, all of these without private
facilities. Here are also four master-rooms with three showers and four toilets
each. There are also several smaller toilet-rooms, a hospital, a prison cell,
a restaurant for 84 dining guests, a galley, a dish washer room, and lounges,
The hold can carry approximately 1,000 EUR-pallets, each about 1 m3 and the
4 hatches are about 5 x 4 meters. Total dry-cargo hold volume is about 20,000
cubic ft. + 3 refrigerated holds 10,000 cubic ft. 6 x 5 tons derricks. . According
to the owners the ship can carry 65 - 70 units 20Õ-containers on deck
but the fittings for containers needs to be welded. The vessel is owned by a
Swedish religious organisation and has been in charity work in the Black Sea
and eastern parts of the Mediterranean.
