Main engine: Ford 2708 E, 120 bHp. About 3000 running hours. Paragon PM 20L-Z8251 reduction gearbox with ratio 2.04:1. Sound isolation box around engine. Rodahl shaft with double couplings gives a quiet and low vibration running. Three-bladed bronze propeller. External keel cooling system entirely without overboard valves makes the system suitable for year-round service in ice conditions.
Fuel consumption: 10 litres/hour at 7.5 knots/1700 rpm. Top speed 8.5-9 knots.
Bow thruster: QL Twin Prop CB 185, 12V, 3 kW thruster.
Bunkers: Diesel – 1500 litres.

Equipment: JRC Boatnav 1800 radar with plotter, Robertson AP200 autopilot, Garmin GPS 128 navigator, Seafarer 700 echosounder, VDO compass, Mariphone MRX 5500 VHF, Zodiac M-5123 com radio, life raft. Reflex diesel furnace gives central heating in the entire vessel. 20-25 litre water heater on engine cooling system.
General arrangement: Wheelhouse with table seats for three, galley with sink, propane stove, 220/12V refrigerator. Two berths and WC with portapotti in aft. Cargo hold measures about 3 x 3 meters. Mast with four meter cargo boom and 500 kg wire winch. Stores and workshop in fore.
The “Heidrun” is a very well maintained little workboat, hull was sand blasted in 2006 and painted with three layers of epoxy coating. Last dry-docking carried out in September 2009.
